Normal party games like Beer Pong or Charades and Bingo are awesome. But have you heard of niche games nike Mario? If you have, then this is a great party idea for you. People who grew up playing Mario will totally understand all the references and relive the fun of their gamer life in real life.

    There are so many things you can take out of the different Mario games and convert them into party games. We have come up with a couple to get you started and guide you in the right direction. You could either enjoy these or use the same thinking to come up with a Mario party game touching on your favorite parts of the franchise. Imagine your great fun playing Mario Kart or Mario Party with Toynk products.

    Mario Kart tournament: Set up a Mario Kart tournament with prizes for the top three players. You could also have a prize for the best costume, as many of the characters from Mario Kart have distinctive outfits.

    If you have a Nintendo Switch, you can play the mini-games from Super Mario Party. There are a variety of games to choose from, ranging from puzzle games to action games.

    Bob-omb Tag

    One person is “it” and holds a Bob-omb (a toy bomb from the Mario universe). They must try to tag other players with the Bob-omb without getting tagged themselves. When a player is tagged, they become “it” and the game continues.

    Goomba Stomp

    Hide Goomba toys around the party area and have players try to stomp on them to collect points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

    Mario Party Bingo

    Create Bingo cards with different Mario Party characters or items on them. As the party progresses, guests can mark off the items on their card as they see them. The first person to get a Bingo wins a prize.

    Piranha Plant Toss

    Set up a target and have guests toss stuffed Piranha Plants (a common enemy in the Mario universe) at it. The person who lands the most plants on the target wins.

    Yoshi Egg Hunt

    Hide plastic eggs around the party area, each containing a different item or prize. Guests can search for the eggs and collect their prizes. For an added challenge, you could have guests complete certain tasks or challenges in order to earn clues to the location of the eggs.

    Luigi’s Mansion

    Set up a “haunted” area of the party space and have guests take turns playing as Luigi, using a flashlight to find and capture ghosts (other guests wearing white sheets). You could even add some spooky sound effects and decorations to create a more immersive experience.

    Mario Party Quiz

    Create a quiz with questions about the Mario universe, including trivia about characters, items, locations, and games. Guests can compete in teams or individually to answer the most questions correctly, with prizes for the winners. You could also include some more challenging questions for the hardcore Mario fans in attendance!
